Back to Nature Walks
Guided nature walks for people craving clarity, connection, and ease.
Studies show what we inherently know to be true: getting outside feels good. Bonus points if it’s with a friend.
Join us for a 90-minute beginner-friendly experience combining mindful walks through Martin County’s beaches and forests followed by a gentle yoga.
What to Expect
60 minutes walking: We move at an intentional pace on the beach or through the forest, pausing to notice what’s around us and within us. I’ll offer gentle prompts for reflection, but mostly we’re here to listen—to the waves, the trees, and ourselves.
30 minutes yoga: We close with grounding yoga led by talented local instructors. Nothing strenuous. Just movement that helps you settle back into your body.
All levels welcome. No meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring curiosity, water, and a towel.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself.
This is perfect if you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or in need of peace.

About Your Guide
I’m Kara Grace Muzia, and my work centers around helping people reconnect to themselves through Nature; moving from disconnected and stuck to grounded, clear movement.
What this really means: we cut through the noise to uncover what matters to you.
These walks are an extension of that. Nature sets the stage, and we’re there to observe what arises around and within us, and to take that wisdom into the world.
I partner with amazing yoga instructors from local studios to create these experiences. Each walk is a little different depending on location and instructor, but the invitation is always the same: come as you are.
