Still water becomes stagnant– and you’re made of nearly three quarters of the stuff.
Spiraling on the same thing on repeat?
- Put the phone down
- Get out of the house
- Feel the sunshine on your face
- Put your feet on the ground.
- Wiggle
- Call a friend
- Laugh
- Put on some good music
- Dance
If a toilet is clogged, you don’t add more to it….
You have to change it up, physically remove the barrier.
Same thing with clogged energy. More input (checking email, doom scrolling) only adds to the backlog.
Flow is restored by getting out of our minds and into our bodies.
So, move!
