What people get wrong about ‘figuring it out’ Part IV
In part III of this series we talked about how looking externally is one of the biggest things people get wrong about ‘figuring it out.’
The other huge thing I see people getting wrong is that ‘figuring it out’ is a destination.
There is only the journey that is life, and the path isn’t always straight.
It winds and curves, twisting this way and that.
Sometimes you have to revisit the same lessons.
The interesting thing about being on the path of deep connection, is that while the lessons may have remained the same, you have changed, and so the lesson lands differently because you’ve transformed.
If we’re climbing a spiral staircase, the view changes the higher we go. Our perception changes, and therefore the experience does, too.
There is no ‘done.’
Nature gives us many examples. Let’s look at an oak tree. It grew from a tiny acorn to a small sprout, reaching, stretching, growing, and expanding until it’s a magnificent 40+ foot tall tree. It’s done. Right?
Except… each winter it sheds its leaves, shifting according to its own circadian rhythm, to a state of rest until there is enough energy stored to bloom its leaves once more.
The rapid expansion is slowed, yes, but the oak does not live statically, but instead in a state of constant motion between rest, revival, and abundance.
So do you. That’s figuring it out.
If this resonates and you’re ready to go deeper, I work 1:1 with a small number of clients to help them reconnect with their True Nature and create a life that feels like theirs. [Let’s talk →]
